"megye" and "megyei" is huge, maybe it is possible to get all counties of Hungary
Also, the name order sometimes feels impossible to flip
"könyv" and "szerző" could be used later for more names

do you have the word "város" or "kisváros"? If not I can write the recipe down
Also if you combine random words with "Hungarian Version" you usually get "Hungarian ...", then you can combine that with words like "Magyarország" or "Magyar" or anything really
Like I had Hungarian Robin Hood, which I thought was useless, but then I combined it with "Megye" and I got "Gábor Bethlen"
Also
Another advise I can give is just make a lot of random English words, try not to think about it too much, and some of them will work with the Translation
I'm probably gonna take a little break, or at least not play that much in the next few days, just to not burn out
