I had to make a cut-off at some point, since we wanted to concentrate rather on countries than all somewhat-indepedent regions. At the first sheet you can find some links to some articles. In the end I figured if we were to add them to the sheet, we might as well add all 35 de facto autonomous areas in india, all 27 autonomous republics in russia, or at worst even all 117 autonomous counties of China.....
