btw it is a very useful element. Because sometimes when combining U+xxxx with Fromcharcode, #fromcharcode, Convert To Unicode, Convert To Utf-8, Directly Previous Unicode, it is the only element that will actually give the correct character. Also sometimes it is the other way around. But you have a better chance of getting it if you have also it nevertheless.

after using ū+, i found that it was almost as good as Ü+, and better than Û+ and Ű+. It made the target character somewhat often, similar amount as to other U forms. Its not that important, seeing as there are so many tools, but its worth picking up because of its easy recipe
