Jokes aside, the two main reasons IPC don't get binary is because it's very strong, and it fucks over malf AI.

It's both a silent way to snitch on any antag that tries to kill you over binary, and a way to ruin a malf AI's day by looking at any order they give to borgs and thinking "hm, why did AI tell them to kill someone? "
