Client - Me and my friend cannot connect to the games

Versions: Fika 2.0.10, SPT 4.0.10
Networking: Radmin VPN
Description: Me and my friend used to be able to connect successfully. He recently reinstalled SPT and he's turned off his firewall, etc. But we still get stuck at waiting for players (50%) and cannot join.

We're unsure what the problem is, we do have mods enabled and some other stuff but we would appreciate any help that gets us going. Attached to ticket is player.log

i notice at least one out of date mod, verify that everything is up to date on all clients and the server and see if it still happens

i'm 99.99% sure this issue is caused by mods, not network

Which mod is it or does it not say in the logs, just that it's out of date?

what i'm saying is that because i notice one out of date mod i assume that there are others, so please go through all your mods and make sure everything is updated. if i told you which one i noticed you would only update that one and not verify everything.

your issue is caused by mods, please verify that you have the latest version of every mod. buddy too.

I've updated all of the mods and downloaded the latest stuff from the forge, still isn't working.
