Add the ability to use the SPT-Server as a Relay for the Host / Dedicated client, so the server just forwards all Packets.
Why ? So you dont have to use services like Playit or port forwarding, you could just run the Server on a VPS and have all traffic go through there.

It's the NAT punching.
We will not route it through the SPT Server, the old version of Fika we're forked from did this and the performace was outright fucking terrible.
