SD Archer has submitted a ticket

Versions: FIKA 2.3.6 and SPT 3.10.5
Networking: Radmin VPN
Description: All parties have followed all steps for initial installation, getting confirmation in-game with the popup and FIKA version next to the SPT version in-game.

We have all tried hosting using the "Host using a VPN" guide at https://project-fika.gitbook.io/wiki/hosting-a-fika-server/host-using-a-vpn

No matter what, we keep getting the "No server available at: 'SPT' to connect to" error message.

No other mods currently installed.

Do you have any 3rd party firewalls?

MalwareBytes had caused issues in the past

Bitdefender too. Or any sort of other VPN software, even if not connected, like Nord or Express.

Forgot to configure Radmin in the Firewall?

Configure Radmin in settings to 'Allow All Apps' in the Firewall.
