Did a friend send over their bepinix file to you? If so its quite possible it contained the SPT folder (which it shouldn't) and you overwrote your file with theirs

As a test can you attempt to connect to a local server (meaning one you run yourself) at the default IP address of 127.0.0.1 (which is the default IP in the http.json file originally)
