Networking: port forwarding
Description: we went through all the github for the setups and we dont know what is wrong, and would like help, we vertified all my ports are right and firwall is good with utils and by hand with a few friends

Well, by quick look of it, looks like firewall/portforward issue to me.

Having issues with your Windows Firewall?

Run the firewall fixer to avoid having to manually configure it.
