#I have to load bundles every time. Is this normal?

no it is not, though there are edge cases (i think, maybe outdated info) where if your LAN subnet doesn't start with 192.168. that the server would treat you as a non-local client. you can try something like nimbul's external local bundle loader (linked below) to try to build a local cache and see if that fixes it.

Still bundling. I have also noticed that if another playe ris bundling on the server, my bundles get stuck.

I tried taking the bundles from the zip, put them in the user/cache folder and replaced all the ones in there and I Still have to rebundle. I start at 5400/6020 every time.

I can finally bundle successfully if I restart the server.

My LAN Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and my LAN IP is 192.168.50.1

I also cannot bundle while someone else is as well.
