So i played factory got 6 kills and was in the raid a little over 6 minutes and when i got out i got a run through i cant exactly say if its a error from spt or fika but figured i post it here anyways ill attach the logs in a minute

but shouldnt it negate that if i got a kill or 2 ? thought thats how it works in tarkov

No, it's not.

We're using the same code as Tarkov does.

If you don't meet both requirements, you get a run through.
