Honestly, I have no idea, we used this file to take a friend's IP and connect to his server, but now I decided to play with another person, and he has this problem, he can not connect to him and he can not connect to me. He can't log in because the server starts at 127.0.0.1 instead of the standard IP like this: 26.65.55.155.
Ok so the correct file to add your Radmin IP to is the http.json

set the ip and backend ip as the radmin ip of whoever is running the server.aki

Common fix is Force binding IP in F12 Fika menu, or it could be firewall related
If neither of those work mod or installation issue
Whoever is hosting the raid need their Radmin IP Force Bind in F12 menu @humble vigil
