• Explain Problem: Friends outside my home network can connect to my raid lobby just fine. Friend on local network cannot connect to raid and gets the error message depicted in the title of the post.
• What have I tried so far: Searching through similar issue posts, Disabling UPnP, binding IP address for client

your friend on local network is also in radmin?
Yes
I also upgraded to newest FIKA yesterday and am getting the same error with my friend. We did a fresh install, all ports were working fine before, so not sure why it's not longer connecting.
Update: When HE hosts the raid, I can connect to him.
Gonna also hop on this thread. Just created a new install with only Fika- also using a Radmin server as I cannot do any network level port forwarding where I currently live.
- Radmin network created and we are both connected.
- Server is being hosted on the Radmin Network ip address from my system with firewall allowing both Radmin Clients and EFT Clients (have tried just completely disabling firewall as well, did not fix).
- Friend connects through SPT Launcher via my Radmin IP address (not the network address)
- We configured the F12 menu to change the Port to 6969, as well as Force IP/Force Bind IP on both systems. Neither worked. We attempted to try hosting prior to changing any settings in F12 as well (fresh install, default settings), this did not work either.
Regardless of settings (so far) neither one of us can get past the "Unable to connect to server" stage, regardless of who hosts the game.
last ditch effort you could try to Allow all Apps
Tried disabling windows firewall, as well as your suggestion @bronze trail, to no avail.
Can you try the UDP port checker? #udp-tester
any solutions to this error?
