If you are using mods that adjust loot then you'll need to address that first.

well i have late to the party and server value modifer, but both are server side so i don't think that could be the issue

I wasn't aware you had more than two mods. You have multiple mods that can affect loot there. Looting bots, open containers, softcore I think too

I reinstalled spt yesterday and i am going to see if stuffs fixed

ok after further investigation i think i found the issue

it seems there was also an old mpt mod and plugin file in our load order

#

i have no idea how i didn't see this but i'll test it out without these files to see if it fixed the issue
