• AKI version: SPT-AKI 3.8.3 - 01783e
• Port Forwarding
• Explain Problem: Friend gets "unable to connect to the server, make sure all ports are open all settings are configured correctly" when trying to join my hosted lobby
• What have I tried so far: I have port forwarded all ports, as seen attached (only the ports with the red switch are activated i.e actually port forwarded), i gave my friend my WAN IP url for his aki.launcher.exe, we both ran the firewall fixer, we both have the exact same mods and version of the game. he gets the error when attempting to join. i treid turning on UPnP in fika settings, it gave me an error when hosting (and i already port forwarded manually anyways but still wasnt working). his force IP and force bind Ip are disabled/ set to default, we both have the bepinex plugin, the server mod is in the dedicated server (i have a spare PC that runs aki.server.exe and is port forwarded while i run aki.launcer.exe and the actual tarkov executable on another PC)
• Logs: attached
• Any relevant screen shots (remove your IP address before sending)```

Are you hosting the Aki server on the same PC?

nvm i was stupid, i didnt realize that both the PC running aki.server.exe AND the one running escapefromtarkov.exe AND pressing the host lobby button have to port forward

#

although in my defense it only mentions that in the prerequisites section, not in the instructions section

We're adding nat punching soon, will solve most of these issues.

Just wish it was less complicated.
