I tried to work around the force ip / force bind but I tried the firewall fixer but nothing works....
I use port forwarding, I host the server and I did set up my firewall but maybe I did something wrong ?
My mate can host games, I can too, but we can't join each other but we can see the other player server running, we just have the "Unable to connect....." message whenever we try to connect

Yes I did, and my friend is in the local network so I'm not sure about the port forwarding, but it wasn't set properly, I have to test it again when my friend will be available
