i have a 4070ti and a ryzen 7 5800x3d and my fps goes from 60 to 30 to 20 to 15 during a fight for no reason any ideas? also seems like my computer is not being fully used.

Working atm - but you shouldnt have trouble with 5800x3d and 4070.
I have i9 and 3070 and with 12 bots running around in the server, i get stable 80-90 frames on ground zerp
Also 15 mods server side and 9 mods client side

(it's my server btw) I believe that has something to do with it. The question I have is why his gpu is only being utilized to 20 - 30% on Fika and Live is almost maxing.

Because there's probably a bottleneck due to the CPU not keeping up, or a mod is incorrectly configured. His CPU is more than fine so it's probably the latter.

If you are having FPS issues, always try locally on your own without any mods.

Buddy had a similar issue when we updated from MPT -> Fika. He got ~30fps randomly, even with 0 bots on the map.
We cleared all configs/mods etc but issue persisted. So we just deleted his SPTarkov and reinstalled and it fixed it.
