• Explain Problem: I have the latest update, and when i try to hit join on my friends game it says connecting to server, and then i get an error, and wont connect.
• What have I tried so far: checking lan, checking server settings, server is able to connect to other players.

You sent the wrong log btw, this is something your friend likely needs to fix not you.

Can your friend try turning off their Windows Firewall?
if that doesn't work, can they set Force Bind IP to 10.0.0.190 (that is their local IP-address right?)

I had the same problem because the router was blocking pinging/icmp. Once me and my friend enabled it and port forwarded 25565 it worked.
