Game Panel HUD mod not working with MPT.core | Project Fika | Page 1

I thought it was another mod disabling the functionality of game panel hud, but it seems when i delete MPT core from my bepinex it restores the quest markers and stuff from the mod. the compass itself from the mod works fine, but nothing shows up when i have MPT.core installed in the folder. does anyone have a fix for this?
