#No homebrew on CoreOS
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Just found this https://github.com/secureblue/secureblue/pull/512 which explains things. However the ujust should have a better error message.
Does this bug still exist? I cannot find any reference to it in the homebrew or coreos issue trackers. This situation is not great as I use many CLI tools from homebrew and am hesitant to layer them in using rpm-ostree as homebrew has faster package updates and it has been mentioned that layering in packages slows down ostree operations. I also don't want to have to reboot for CLI package updates to take effect.
@snow tree apologies for pinging, hoping you could provide some info?
you can always try reinstalling brew locally, but I'd recommend against it as it has had issues in the past

Will this work on CoreOS?
