you need to format your /boot partition as ext4 ideally
mkfs.ext4 /dev/(whatever)123 is the right command for that
or, if you used a graphical formatting tool, you can do it in there
you can find this with lsblk

I am making efi partition with /boot/efi mountpoint, boot partition with /boot partition, and root partition with / mountpoint with btrfs filesystem and encrypt it.
Is there anything else I am missing?
I am doing all this through Advanced custom (blivet-gui)
Also can i set btrfs partitions after installation like @home and @var
