So this time i wanted to get into tty as you said

But i got the warning /dev/disk/by-uuid/... does not exist

Im in emergency mode and i can go into maintanance though i have no idea what i need to do there

Also i should mention this is the second time this happened to me after instaling secureblue and this also happened to me the first time after installing fedora on my main pc

Ok i shut down my pc to get rid of the unnecesary risks so i wouldnt overwrite data and this time i am met with the black screen again

Ok i may just be stupid but the ctrl alt fn doesnt work

I tried ctrl alt both left and right with some combination of the two with the function key
