do you have a reason or just want to clear your config?

Most of your stuff is in ~/.config/trivalent so you can delete this folder and when you open up trivalent a new folder will be created. This removes almost everything (profiles, bookmarks...) except eg custom changes youve made in /etc/trivalent... In trivalent you can try chrome://settings/reset but i dont know what effect it has.
