One of our best friends unfortunately has Mycophobia, the fear of mushrooms, could there ever be a setting like the common arachnaphobia setting that changes mushrooms to not look like mushrooms?

Honestly, a skin customization could work well for this
changing mushrooms into various nuts could keep the variety somewhat, and I can imagine an alien world where nuts are spicy, or give you hallucinations

we considered it but then realised people may just throw their PC out the window if that happened during a boss fight given people just consume without thinking
