An ability to request update the click packs

Since the description update is out, please add an ability to request update our packs to add or edit information (gdAccountID, description, author) or fix the click sounds if they are buggy. If this get added i would add description about some facts of the pack i made. Only author of a pack or index moderator can request update the click packs.

we can request update in #1200214318088732833 but i dont want to ping for index mods anymore... jaid can possibly be angry sometimes

and i dont have to tell for the index mods to copy and paste the exact same text that the author will need to put in

Also i need text filter support bc i cannot use "()" in the pack name or "[]" in the author name

updating existing packs rarely happens, i don’t think there’s any need for making a pack updated
