Vigi, jailor and pros dont lose any charges when shooting a townie. However, they recieve the guilt status effect. If a player with guilt tries to shoot, jail or prosecute, it fails and they die to hangman the next day.
Right now, thesee abilities hard counter illusionist. My previous rework was too op and had no counterplay, but here it still has the chance to fool the killing roles
