When making a roledeck, behind the scenes add a tag for Serious or Joke. Joke lists would include things like Ritua-list and Wild West, Serious lists would include things like Oh The Misery. Wildcard when selecting a list, will NEVER select a list with the Joke tag.

No, Joke is lists that are based off of a Gimmick, such as Wild West (4 deputies) and Ritua-list (Every team has a ritualist)
Serious lists are normal lists, like Pandora Town Traitor, which aren't supposed to be played as jokes.
(I don't have an issue with Ritua-list (yet))
