Poisoner corpse can now target faction members, but not yourself.

When targeting opposing members:

The corpse will celebrate with your target, Roleblocking them.

The corpse will Smog your target, blocking all Visits.

A Poisoner corpse, as far as I am concerned, just performs the last used ability.
This makes it similar to how a Potion Master corpse works.

Making it consistent is good but it might be an issue if the UO is obviously from the necro'd poisoner
