The Apoc VIP status is assigned to all Apoc members with the following roles:
Archmage (unless Hex Master is in the graveyard)
Hex Master
Pacifist
Neutral Killing
Random Apocalypse
Retributionist (if a Serial Killer, Shroud, Werewolf, Berserker, or Hex Master is on the team).
If no AVIP lives, all remaining apocalypse members die unless they comprise over 50% of the town.
The last AVIP alive has basic defense.

It's "vip" technically but it's just a clause that kills all Apoc members that cannot win/progress the game if there are none that do.
