#How do two opposing Hex Masters work

BToS question because I assume its similar to how WL and SC aren’t allowed to be on different factions since it borks the game

  1. Are hexes shared across factions by multiple Hex Masters
  2. If two Hex Masters bomb on the same day and are opposing factions, who wins?

(Thinking of a Hexageddon v2 with egotist HM)
