I've seen where a pandora has a death note. The only role that has it is berserker in situation. What's strange it lost access to it, and I'm confident that it cannot access a death note. However you if have a set a preset for the death note. It'll cause berserker to have a death note. I'm not sure if this bug is also present in vanilla since I have only seen this bug so far happen in btos2 (specifically in pandora). I'm not sure if a bug exclusive to pandora bers

I believe apoc bers in vanilla retains death note capabilities normally
