i decided to remove TE for the sake of balance oddly enough. mainly because a TE for town is a TE for vamps/jackal

oh right. Still think it should have one IMO since most of the time it won't be rec/early vamp and it gives town SOME breathing room but thats just me 🤷‍♀️
