1. No longer can Alterate into Town Powers (TG-TE) roles.
2. Can Alterate the cause of death into kills from NKs, Bers, CKs and Town roles.

but seriously though the ability to alterate into town power is really good for Enchanter, since it's a believable way to convince everyone the psychic info was bogus
