I think a problem with this is roles like rit/hex/CL have a good chance of being solo without a bers, and these roles are very weak when using Necronomicon and would rather use their own ability. Most pandora lists would have 1 CK/CPow 2 CC/RA and an NP

CL yes, HM debatable since they get astral, rit is fine with taking book since people probably won't be FCing anyway
