Current Paci is essentially Town Death with some complication. Here is the idea:
-Rally now can select up to 5 people. If every remaining townie is included in these 5, Protest will trigger.
-During Protest, chat is anonymous. Every townie is marked as Protester, including Pacifist. Every evil - as Oppressor.
