Can be improved but heres the bare bones of the idea
Right now it takes up the towns trial (but you're always going to be hanging an evil anyway when successful).
Can be changed if people think TEs boosting KP is necessary
This isnt on the same level as deputy lol
it's actually worse
in every way

imo this wouldn't be TE because based on my understanding it doesn't add kills
well

It's even harder to actually do your ability without wasting it

It can kill ANY EVIL if the person on trial is town

It confirms the person on trial is town if you succeed
so i'd say it's worse in every way

maybe make it lose prosecutes if the prosecuted player is town
but that may make it too weak
so idk
that makes it even worse
this would probably be better in the vanilla server since TE/TG screws up a lot of balancing

there can be multiple reasons
You say its bad and then two of the things listed makes it better than deputy
bad as in unhealthy
I seriously do not find any parts of this overhaul enjoyable
