the issue with making new mechanics is that they will have too much confirmability unless it is a "claimbag" for an evil role (bad option) or the mechanic is built into the game well enough (good option)

anyways, this seems really wonky but it is actually pretty balanced all things considered since visiting the wish master is too costly for many roles

the only issue I have is that it might not be worth trying to visit this
