don't make slowed down killers - WW and arso are the exception because WW "powers up" a stronger night attack with rampage and arso's whole thing is stealth - this has little reason to have 0.5 kpn
UO on self doesn't sound too bad until you realize it can only UO visits on self and it'll hard out you eventually, it being in a predictable cycle makes it easier aswell

it'd allow for it to be more consistent with kills and the whole reason would be because it can now kill other neuts for free plus it wouldn't fix the 0.5 kpn, if the cage is somewhat controllable it'd make the mechanic more bearable and less self outing
