Necromancer cant make a Vampire convert though???

its like Vanquish, the Vampire has to choose to convert, and its off by default every night

which is just Drain

no conversion

Necromancer cannot create Vampires.

I remember looking for the XML messages for Convert for my achievement mod, and noticed that Necromancer's default action with vampire is in fact, convert

I may be remembering wrong though

Its also possible that this happened because vamp has convert toggled when they died

The Convert toggle isnt persistent.
If you Convert N1, for example, N2 will still be set to Drain by default.
