#Roleblock Tweaks V2

So js generalized disruption
I feel like people have been believing that UOs and rbs are the same thing when they really aren’t
What happens if they are roleblock immune?
"You saw an Unknown Obstacle but worked through it"
I like that this forces you to say who were going to visit even when roleblocked
This reminds me of the Secret Killers suggestion, where more modes should have it because generalizing abilities gives more claimspace for evils. I like evils having the ability to fake claim things in a SDG
also makes Poisoner smog feel less weird because now Poisoner's entire thing is UO
Me when I get instantly outted for not claiming UOd as necro
"Your walked through a Known Obstacle"
I mean this is good but casual players would crash out insanely hard. I don't think this would ever be added.
Yeah they're right. Evil players, recs and town traitors need to be told if they're attempted rb because like if they're lying about their role they kinda need that
So if you want to fake claim an RB immune role and aren't, you see this message, what do you do?
Generalized roleblocks.
WILL NEVER WORK.
They will ALWAYS hurt fake claiming.
Their benefit is MARGINAL to NONE.
I will pluck the HAIRS from the HEADS of random players if this is suggested again.
"what if we just"
"but how about we"
"maybe it will work when"
NO.
exceptions and RULES and SHENANIGANS all for WHAT
So.... so the Baker can claim Crusader?
USELESS
Not actually mad btw I am being dramatic for fun
read with emphasis
You get the message that you were role blocked if you are evil, TT, or recruited.
simple, you dont need to type so angry about it, just ask him to amend it like this
I love adding mechanical exceptions so I can squeeze in a mechanic that does almost literally nothing
Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.
if is_town:
do_a()
else:
do_b()
This is bad game design. Never do this.
boolean
boolean is my favourite word
If boolean then if
I love if statements
Tuba add more if statements
Wait waiter more if statements please
if player.is_jester():
hang(player)
print("jest is best\n")
else:
hang(player)
print("Throwing\n")
So... yeah, as someone said. This is just generalized deception
