It doesn’t really make sense to me some abilities can be used on recs and some can’t, like framing abilities
Consider:
7 players left, a jackal has been hung. You are soul collector and you have a Baker.
Baker says “collect every player so I know you aren’t a rec”
You cannot and are instantly outed to them

But, there could be potential throwing
you can target TTs.

you cant frame TT's either, but thats not an issue because TT's are already known to the evil team, recs are not

But regardless I think you should be able to target anyone with your ability but simply it'll fail if it's smth like a kill ability on your fellow rec

I think its resonable to say that if a mechanic can lead to situations where foul play occurs, it should be updated so that it does not, ergo allowing rec sc to collect rec
