Insomnia now causes players to see UO constantly and now takes action upon next sunset. If target was visited that night - DWing dissipates. However, you won't get message about dreamweaved - only upon activation of Insomnia. Also, Insomnia now can be cured by any Town visit at any time. Player cannot be dreamweaved twice in a row.
