When death pops out, town enters a permanent tribunal until death dies

If any non-apoc member gets voted up, they die and apocalypse wins immediately
If death gets voted up, the day ends with death executed
If any apocalypse member is voted up, the day continues in tribunal
This special tribunal does not increase available time, if time runs out apoc wins

Reasoning: lol nah u cant use all 3 trials to find death, get it right first or lose

This is overall a nerf, but it increases the pressure on town and might help apoc a lot, especially since panicking town is more likely to vote wrong
