Egotist's adrenaline starts at 80% on day 2.

Egotist's speed boost itself is great for cutting unnecessary time during the day late game, however early game Town could do with a proper amount of time, especially given the uncertainty of usual info. Additionally, this prevents the speed boost from getting out of hand by day 4 (160% - cut's town's time by 37.5%).

Under the assumption that the game ends on day 7, and that day 1 is not factored, that means Ego doesn't take into effect for a third of the game

It's better to nerf the amount Ego's adrenaline affects the game, instead of arbitrarily slowing down the game at the beginning

Egotist buff: Now holds the Holy Hand Grenade. Passively throws it at the first Town aligned player to speak, dealing an Unstoppable Attack and banning them from the game.
