jailor has no reason not to kill survivor claims since they're either fake, or are a detriment to the town ("SURV D1 I'M NOT VOTING ALWAYS INNO" mfers) so claiming surv in jailor game = ded

Personally I'd rank them according to the following 3 criterias:
-How fun is it to play
-How it influences your team
-How it influences every other faction

For example: amnesiac is one of the most boring roles in the game therefore it gets a fun score of 0, Coven Leader allows you to swap coven however you see fit therefore the role would get like 10/10 in team influence, Executioner only targets townies but as ne imo that's fine, I'd give him 8/10 when it comes to influencing other factions

Big BUT, some roles are unhealthy for the game due to them increasing kill power drastically or having instant confirmation therefore if a role is generally not balanced in one of these aspects im gonna deduct points
