Well most of them are different aside from yk Assassin, Blackmailer and Handler being healthier reskins
Most people don't neccassarily like the concept of a 4th faction due to the game being not in a good place balance wise so it makes sense for some to dislike

And thus your new faction lacks any sort of identity

Mafia and Coven in my mindset mostly are meant to fill the same design spaces as eachother for what they've done in ToS as they faired fine there so I see no reason why it doesn't work here. (of course as long as they're not completely the same or clashing aside from Eternal Rivals)
