Every single possible action was going to have a cutscene

But

1. TONS of dev time to make even one cutscene
2. Severely limits how things can be changed since every change now requires scrapping content (even the PNGs do this)
3. Would get stale very fast, I think in the long run everyone would just prefer to know what they need to know rather than sitting through a cutscene for it
