To stop finding lovers through whisper, make it so whispering yourself would whisper your lover so nobody can ever deduce your lover is based on whispers.
Mainly to stop the "X and Y whisper to confirm you're not lovers"
Ofc you can whisper your lover by typing their number and having it be shown to everyone

what I mean to say is that, if you were to make everyone in the game whisper everyone else in the game, you'd be able to see who lovers are since lover whispers are hidden
