UI is messed up during deaths part of the day.

I recently downloaded TOS2 and mods on my laptop and most of the time during the death display of the day alot of the UI will disapear. Im not sure why, the laptop is new

I can still click to type on the hidden part but its a bit hard

this looks like a hardware problem

What are you laptop's specs?

You should also ensure all your drivers are fully up to date
