What list do you even choose here? Jackals is a decent choice, PTT is being done by ranked (and is very evil sided), DTT was already done and the rest aren’t very good outside of coven modes. Coven TT and ranked come to mind.
Maybe the new update will help give ideas.

The problems mostly stem from the win rates and judge

judge is probably still getting banned, homebrew cont planning is being added
I'm well aware of those issues, I don't want to implement a change with drastic win rate changes this late into the season
